A brief update to all customers to call your attention to the announced reduction in service levels by the USPS. In a nutshell, shipments are taking a bit longer and are not being traced as carefully as they were pre-COVID-19 and any service level selected should have some additional time budgeted for delayed transit.
This is in addition to our production time, which has historically been less than 72 hours and is usually under 24 hours.
Please keep this in mind and thank you for your understanding.
