As promised, I'm opening up the finances, the socials, the operating costs, etc to the public on Dispatch, so I'll have a detailed look back at 2019 in the first week of January, 2020.
Metrics up for release would include:
-Revenue
-Major Expenses
-Key Metrics on Traffic (sources, costs, return)
-Rough cut on P/L (only rough because tracking to the dollar in the period hasn't been a great ongoing discipline of mine -- 2020 Goals)
-Lessons learned and 2020 plans & commentary
